IPhone 5 did an update of my phone and I am no longer able to get into the phone. Took it to Nashua mobile and it was returned within 2 days saying I needed to reset my AppleID. Reset my Apple ID? I have 5 other Apple devices that work just fine thanks.
After 2 weeks of back and forth I have been told that I have a code on the phone that they cannot retrieve. What code I am not being told. So i now have a phone and contract I cannot use and Nashua Mobile are doing nothing about it. I am not getting the device they sold me fixed and they will not release me from my contract. This is their poor equipment issue and they need to fix it not blame me for it.
