I book in my mac a week ago, the problem was a password firmware that need to be reset, all the Tech was supporst to do was to use the serial number on the mac using GSX system to request the new password from apple.but Dave did do that prosess, he delete all the data on my machine, he did a clean install on the machine, I know how to do that, if it needed that, I will have taken it in for book in. so i phone the workshop, and these is the respond that I got form these people "

my problem is that I have never been inform about data loss anywere.these is a very bad service from apple, spend big burg for such a service is not fear.
