Samsung what is going?!?!? Last week I complained to you about having to wait so long for your customer care center to get a replacement screen for my s4, you asked me to email [Email Removed] and I did so, then someone got back to me saying that they will be in contact with me shortly and will help with my problem. this was a week ago, now I'm still waiting for one of your people to assist me and I am sill waiting for a screen replacement. You have done nothing but confirm to me that your company is nothing but a fat joke. I want service and I want it like yesterday, I have actually had enough. Get someone to phone me and get someone to replace my screen!!! 5 weeks its a joke man!!
