His e-mail is to notify you about the extremely bad= service I am receiving from Mastercare.
I logged a call on 07/10/13 (for the first tim= e) regarding my faulty washing machine and I am still without a working mach= ine. The technician attended to the call for the first time on 0= 9/10/13 to do an evaluation in order to enable him to order the necessary parts. He then returned two days later to= fit the part and said that he will return the next day to see if the machin= e is working correctly as he did not have the time to test the machine. = ; On his return I informed him that the machine was not working and he then promised to be back= in the next few days to fit something else on the machine which had to be o= rdered from his depot. That was the last time I saw him!!
I then called the Master Care Call Centre on Friday, = 25/10/13 to follow up on the call where I was informed by Mable that the jo= b was closed by the technician. I explained to her that my machine was= still not fixed where she then opened a new call (Job No.: X64006681).
Much to my disappointment I have since then not recei= ved any joy from Mastercare!! I do follow up on the outstanding
