Dish washer still not fixed, no service at all!!!

My LG dishwasher is still not working correctly, after a load it will not switch on for the next use, power has to be switched off at the plug and back on. Have had a month of trying to get it working. Technician came out, basically did nothing and said it was ok, it was not. Have had many calls between myself and Dion's Wired to get you guys back only to be told from LG that a new PCB is on order.

My wife got a call last week Monday from the technician to say he was coming to fit a new PCB that morning, he never arrived and no phone call.

When reported the machine was in warrenty, it is now 6 days out of warrenty.

I am overseas, wife is home, please contact me via e-mail or give me a non-toll free number I can call and get this sorted.
I have read the Customer Protection Act, and have noted you are in the wrong with poor service, if this is not resolved they will be my next port of call. CONTACT ME!!!
