Still bad service & no call back

After my first complaint (10:56 Wed 20 Nov) I had no-one contacting me as was promised in their response.

But the above isn't the main reason for this complaint. After the drama underlying my first complaint the technician had to take the dishwasher in with him for repairs. He phoned my wife this morning and told her he will be dropping of the fixed dishwasher this morning. My wife had to rush home from work to meet him there.

He installed the dishwasher and after he switched it on the Salt and rinse aid lights came on. Even though we already filled it with salt and rinse aid before the dishwasher broke, my wife had him fill it up with both again. Still both lights flickered. My wife told him that this isn't acceptable he will have to fix it, he then told her "No the dishwasher is fixed - the machine works. She needs to sign the form agreeing to this."

She obviously didn't sign it and he left. I can't believe the lack of service of LG and the cheek of their employees arguing that the dishwasher is working (since the main operation is working) but there are other functions clearly broken.

This buy was clearly "Penny wise and pound foolish! " Next time I will get smeg or AEG
