New appliances faulty over 1 month later no result

Bought LG bundle from Toti Gallaria branch on the 15/12/2012 for 25k. Fridge and Dishwasher faulty, reported and after 2 weeks a LG rep came out checked and photographed the dish washer, stated it was faulty and it will be replaced in about 2 weeks. When asked about the fridge stated he was not told and cannot do anything now it must be logged. Phoned the next day told we will be contacted when they were coming to check the fridge. It is now 2 weeks later no phone calls nothing, fridge still faulty does not dispense water or ice, dish washer still does not work and cannot be used. Anil phoned and attempting to help but I am not happy with this at all. If this matter is not resolved within 48 hours and due to us having the LG rep admitting that the appliance is faulty I request either the fridge and dish washer replaced or under the consumer act I request that all the appliances be collected and I demand a full refund of 25k. I never expected such poor service from Deon Wired and LG.
