I reported my new dishwasher (purchased 24/10/2012) broken on 12/02/2013 at dion wired nelspruit. It took 3 phone calls and 4 weeks for the technician to come out on 15/03/2013. i have still not heard from the technician/whirlpool and the dishwasher remains broken.
On 02/04/2013 I spoke to Katlego (she was very helpfull) but she could not reach the technician at the time so the problem persists.
The products are very expensive and if it doesn't work then I don't want it at all.
