My TV was defective as it was displaying horizontal lines.

My TV was collected on Wednesday the 24th April and I received it back on Friday the 3rd May.
When I received my TV back it had Scratches on the back of the Unit. These scratches have not been present when handing over the unit to Liptronics upon collection. Liptronics was so kind to replace the back panel on my premises.

2 months down the line. My TV is defective, again. This time it displays vertical lines in 3D mode.
I contacted samsung and reported the fault.

After speaking to Dion Wired, where I purchased the TV from, they said they will speak to samsung to see if I can get a replacement unit. The best what samsung offered them was an extension on my warranty. What gives? I mean the unit has 24 months warranty, so there is still 1 year left and you offer me an extension?

Also, the TV was sold as a Full HD 3D model, which it is not. False Advertising too!

I would like someone to contact me to propose a solution, other than to repair this TV and to extend my warranty. This TV broke twice within 3 months.
