My brand new Samsung fridge (RSH7PNPN) which I bought for R16000 8 months ago just stopped working. The call centre operated but could not get a technician to contact me for another two days as it is Saturdays and they do not work on Saturdays or Sundays.
So now I have to throw away the food in my fridge that will go off.
Firstly this is absurd, as appliances do not choose working hours to brake down, and a fridge of 8 months old should surely not break down.
Secondly, technicians should be on standby at all times, that's why they are working as technicians.
