Damage to my fridge

I was referred to Samsung by Electric Express for my fridge to be repaired (my fridge was not dispensing ice), instead the technician damaged it. Samsung sent their technicians to come fix my fridge, it was diagnosed first and was told to pay R600 for that, of which I did. Then was told that to fix the problem I would have to pay R1 500, then a technician by the name of Solly was sent to my house to fix the fridge, when he left the freezer was the only thing working but the other part of the fridge wasn't. He then came back again to come fix the other part but instead broke the fridge completely and is now rude and ducks and dives when he has to come back. I am left with a fridge that doesn't work and the technician took my money and is no where to be found. When I call Samsung I am being sent from pillar to post, I even went back to Electric Express but they said I must sort the matter out with Samsung.
