Samsung, supposedly technical supremeness right? Wrong. We took in a Galaxy tablet that needed a new battery. We're still waiting for a quote to replace a battery - a QUOTE to replace the battery. This is supposedly a quick job, test and replace. But today we're told that the person who does the quote is not in today and no... there's nobody else available.
Our business is small and we don't have the time for what is clearly INEFFICIENCY and incompetence. We use the tablet every day (isn't that what they're for, to make your life quick and easy?) For a company that brags profusely about how ahead they are and how technologically brilliant they are... this is pathetic.
