I had a problems with my vehicle battery. The young man that assisted me went to great lenghts to explain what could be wrong and how they could help to detemine the issue. He was not merely trying to sell me something. After getting a quote from the vehcile supplier in the thousands for a replacement battery, he asisted by running diagnostics on the battery to confirm that the fault was not the battery.
I told the same story to the vehicle manufacturer and they stated emphatically, that I needed a new battery.
Thanks to the asistance and report from Battery Centre, we were able to look for the real issue and replace the alternator on my vehichle. Imagine how I would have felt having to replace the alternator after spending money on replacing the battery in error.
