S4 - and the Network problem

What's up with the network connect with this S4... instead of enjoying this phone i have to now troubleshoot network problems... i have full bars but for some reason know only to Samsung I can't connect to [URL Removed] ERROR... this is a pain in A... its a brilliant phone but the network problems is spoiling everything for me
