Before you contact me, please google/look at other customer complaints to research this issue. The 'Not registered on network' error is not unique to myself and I am tired of explaining this issue to Cell C/ Samsung employees. Things to note:
1. I have a Galaxy S4
2. The Android software is up-to-date
3. The error has occurred since I got the phone earlier this year
4. Samsung replaced the main board which did not solve the issue
5. Turning off auto connect network (GSM and WSDMA) did not work.
Please only contact me if you have a solution eg replace the phone, cancel the contract or have a settings adjustment etc.
