Very bad smart phone signal

I have the Blackberry 8520 and Samsung Galaxy S3, the phones are brilliant, however, what's the use of having smart phones if the network is terrible?!! I have called on numerous times and always get told that the matter will be looked into. It never does!!! Airtime gets used, data gets used and you can't even connect on the network. It takes me 15min to download a app on the Samsung S3 just for it to fail bacause the network failed, and my data is gone and doesn't get reembursed. I have 6 contracts with Vodacom and if this problem doesnt get sorted out by the end of March, i will migrate to CellC, i will consult the CPA and i will make a comotion on Facebook, Twiiter and the newspapers. If i do not get a call at least within the next 48 hours, i will start taking steps at the CPA.
