[URL Removed] offer printer service and repairs to HP printers on site. The technician arrived but claimed he needs to take the printer in to the workshop. The reason for the service request was due to black ink not printing clearly but all colour printing is perfect. After several calls to the company over some 5 days Raymond advised that there was a faulty black printer head and the cost for the repairs was R400 that I should transfer by eft to their bank account. I elected to pay cash on delivery. When the printer was eventually delivered I asked for a printer demonstration before payment. The Technician refused and advised me that the office will call me and left. Testing the printer I found not only the black printer head not working, but the colour printer head now also not working. Calling back to the company Raymond became rude and put the phone down refusing to talk to me. I believe that instead of fixing anything they removed working parts of my printer that now leave the printer totally unserviceable.
