I have had problems with my phone being unable to connect to the cell c network since February. I have been speaking to someone named Tsepho who contacted me via the facebook complaint system. He has now apparently disappeared. I have not heard from him for over a month. I cannot get hold of him, no-one seems to know who he is or with which department he is situated. My phone is still not working, whenever I try to connect to the cell c network it tells me that I cannot connect to the network at this time and I should try again later. Or on the off chance I get connected I cannot use my internet eventhough it says I have 3g connection. I spoke to a technician who said I should try a sim swop since my phone works perfectly if I put another sim card in from both your network and others. However when I went to the Hatfield branch they wanted me to pay for this which I find unacceptable seeing as how you've been taking my money for the last three months and I still have not received the compensation promised me by Tsepho (perhaps this is why he is suddenly gone?) Please can someone phone me on 012 420 4618 TODAY!!! This is completely unacceptable!!! I am so fed up with this network!!!
