Horrific service

I bought a new tv in 28 November last yr from hifi corp woodmead... told it was under a years warranty.. After a few months whenever I was watching the tv suddenly just goes black for abt 3 secs. I sent a mail to hifi corp who responded and within a wk got some1 to fetch tv, they said it was repaired... After 2 weeks it started again... This was in June... They then took it again and it got repaired... again now in July it is doing the same thing... I called hifi and said they must replace the tv... I saved up a lot and this is crazy.. They said its in samsungs hand... Samsung then said that they would only replace due to CPA in first 6 months and then only after its been repaired 3 times and my first time didn't count because they didn't find a fault... They basically accused me of lying... So I said they must come in and fix it... the call centre said someone from head office will contact me... all I've got in 2 weeks is one SMS... They r now wasting time so my tv is no long under warranty, I can not believe how they can take advantage of a small consumer who saved for months for a nice tv.
