CONGRATULATIONS HIFI CORP you have been nominated by me as the biggest
up after service provider in the country!!!
To all the staff at Hifi Corp Arbour Crossing Durban & an employee Shaun from Kelvinator your service BIG TIME!!! A stove was purchased from Hifi Corp & from the very first month, the stove has been repaired over five times "so to speak". Due to all the faults still remaining I have requested the stove to be replaced. My parents have visited the store on numerous occasions, to deal with this matter. Every time we convey our issues with regards to stove it just seems to fall to deaf ears. Due to lack of service delivery & false promises we removed the stove from the built-in cupboards and delivered it back to store in an attempt to get quicker response. Hifi Corp has informed us that the stove is ready to be picked up and they will not replace the faulty stove, if the stove is not picked up we will be liable for storage fees. We just want a fully operational new stove since we have encountered problems with the initial stove since the very first month and what are the chances of the stove really been fixed this time around. We tired of the run-around.
