Recently ordered a laminator from this shop, and requested a quote for headphones. It has been 3 weeks I am still waiting for a response on the headphones. Laminator arrived, but it was the wrong model so it was promptly returned in exchanged for a newer model. From here service is completely non-existent, phoned multiples time to have a new laminator purchased along with the headphones, receiving absolutely no response. Staff absolutely do not give a about customers, and will not go the extra mile, they have made it clear that their customers are not important to them at all.
