Promised me an exchange if item broke third time

I bought a lg MS 3047 microwave in 2008 at Electric Express in Oudtshoorn with a three year guarantee. It became faulty twice in 2009 and the store manager called Lg. Bradley, the regional manager promised me an immediately exchange if faulty the third time. So it did brake the third time in 2010 and I'm still waiting for the exchange. It was rather repaired (so the store says) and not replaced. Since then I couldn't use the micro because it was broken. I even took it to another registered electrician who wrot e a report on the badly manufactured microwave. The reports and broken microwave are at the store and I still cant get any assistence. LG broke their promise that was made in front of the manager of the store. Very disappointing because I had to go buy a new microwave (a different brandname) which never gave me problems..
