My sister bought a Russel Hobbs microwave for my Mom from the Shoprite store in Blue Down Eersteriver cnr Hindle Road. It was bought as a gift. My mum hasnt been using the Microwave for very long and then it started to get rusted and not long after that it stopped working. My mum went back to the store to report this t the Manager and was told that she needs to bring the Microwave in she then walked back home about 45 mins walk from my moms house to the Shoprite store. My mom came back with Microwave and box and skip as requested but was abruptly turned away and told by the store manager that he wasnt going to help her. WOW the service she got is very bad and i cant believe that a RUSSELL HOBBS brand can break so quickly. dissapointed!
