Broke my microwave during delivery!

It seems I now have another issue/problem with Furniture City, during the delivery, my microwave glass door was shattered by 1 of the couch legs. The reason the couch had to be replaced a second time was because the couch was badly scratched by the previous delivery guys. This time around my microwave was broken. I am not sure who (Furniture City or the delivery company) is going to accept responsibility for this negligence, but I need my microwave to be replaced. I do not want cash, I want a new microwave like the one that I currently own. I would expect this matter to be dealt with as soon as possible given that I have had endless problems from the time that I have purchased items from Furniture City Stoneridge, last November. The above was sent through 2 days ago via email, I now received a phone call from the warehouse. The driver was asked to speak to me to make arrangements for a replacement. This is totally unacceptable as I need my microwave replaced asap not when the driver has money, as he just told me that he does not have cash to purchase it. This is an internal problem and not mine. It has to be replaced and the company should claim from the driver, not me as I am the custome
