i bought i microwave at nictus polokwane last year september, May this year it was no longer working when i went to the store to tell them my problem i was told i have to bring it in myself, i nagged them until they sent a driver to collect it in July, when i call them, they told me that defy has ordered the part, as it was not in the microwave when i bought it. Still now ihave not received my microwave its been a month. and it is still under warranty. please assist in this regard. and i am paying for something that is not working. Nictus is a good store and i do not know what happened this time.
