I bought a MS3047 GS microwave at electric express in Aug 2008. with a 3 year gaurantee.it became fault twice in 2009 . It went in for repairs twice. I spoke to the regional manager of LG.Bradley, and he promised me a new one if it did the same thing the third time. SO it did, but, it was not replaced. The repairers sent it back and said there was nothing wrong. They now say that there is proof that it was repaired the third time. So why was it repaired for the third time and not exchanged as promised? I even took it to a registered electrician who wrote a report on the badly manufactured microwave and stated that the same problem would occur again and again as it was badly manufactured..I stopped paying my account because of this. ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND REPORTS AS WELL AS THE MICROWAVE ARE AT THE STORE.i HAVENT RECEIVED AN EXCHANGE OR RESPONSE FROM THEM SINCE. WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY MONEY ALREADY PAID ON THE MICROWAVE?
