After taking my new Samsung microwave for repairs and have advised the repair devision at micro that I will not be interested in receiving back a newly repaired microwave, well it gets worse, After receiving a cold lecture from (Manager) Timmy &Aubry " about the return and refund Policy at markro" I receive the microwave back after repairs all warped up, got home and the microwave is still not in a working condition, the microwave lights up and malfunctions ;
Now one has to spend money taking back he appliance and no ne is willing to take responsibility;
I request a full refund and I am not accepting any exchange period, This is absolutely unacceptable.
