Very poor service!!!

I booked a service for my tv in late December seeing that my wifi on the tv stopped working. The technician from Herold Sound in Bronkhorstspruit contacted me the day after. He informed me that he needed to talk to a trainer at Samsung as he was not too sure about the new tvs. So we left is till this week seeing he had to talk to the trainer first. He came on Monday. Said he needed parts. He ordered it and was back on Thursday. He installed it. Handed the remote to my wife and left. He said it should work now, after my wife asked if he tested it his reply was that should it not work there is ghosts in the house. Then he left. I came home and found that the wifi still did not connect. Phoned the call centre again, told them i don't want this guy here again seeing that i might know more... The response from Samsung was: This is the only way or to take it back to Makro and wait 6 week. Im disgusted!!!
