I bought a dishwasher in May 2013, needed repair on 12 August 2013. Called the store that I bought it from who logged the service call.
Took a week and a half for a technician to come and look. (Every day: can't tell me what time they will be there. I say there is someone at home in the mornings. Every day I get a call in the afternoon saying "we're at your gate, nobody is answering the door! "
Have waited 15 working days for my parts to "arrive". Enquire today - no sorry, no stock in the country...
It's been a month, at what point do I get a new dishwasher?
