My dishwasher, purchased 26/01/2013 - packed up 27/03/2013. A technician from LMR came to assess after hours on 28/03/2013. Told me the pc board has gone. He will log the fault and order the parts which will take 2 days and the dishwasher will be repaired. It has been 4working days given all public holidays and NO parts have arrived for repair. I enquired and parts to be ordered as follows: ELEMENT&PC BOARD&DISPLAY SCREEN.I am phoning between Samsungs call centre and LMR trying to get feedback re situation. NOBODY can tell me anything besides - we dont have parts? UNACCEPTABLE. I have also told Samsung that this machine needs to be replaced as at 2 months old with these faults it shouldnt happen. Technician explained they put it down to 'mass production'. I havent had a phonecall frm Samsung to advise if they are replacing the machine. Havent had a phone call from LMR to advise when they would be repairing my machine? In the interim Im left WITH NO DISHWASHER - why did I buy it? To take up space in my kitchen? I have offered to drive and pick up parts myself, this is URGENTLY required and nobody seems to care! Inefficient, Unacceptable, Disappointing.
