Very poor quality jewelry

We bought wedding rings in 2019. The ring kept changing shapes and then snapped in 2022.
I emailed for advise but never got a response.
I have packed away the broken ring and resorted to wearing only the supporting band.
WEDDING rings should last, don't you think?
Utterly disappointed!
