An order for an oven part was accepted on 30 April 2013, and up front payment was made the next day on 1 May. Proof of payment was sent to Samsung, using the job card number as given by them. Several follow-ups and approaching 40 working days later, we are still waiting for the part and are tired of being sent from pillar to post.
When following up at the walk in centre (for at least the third time) yesterday (Sa 22 June), we waited about 30 minutes for the manager to appear, but eventually left. Today (Su 23 June), we arrived at about 13.30pm, but the store was closed despite clearly displaying hours up to 3pm. The call centre was also not helpful, suggesting we obtain a refund and start the process over again at a different branch, and not willing to assist us in any way either.
