IN FEB I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG SMART LED 32 INCH TV FROM GAME IN CRESTA.

THE BRACKET CONNECTING THE SCREEN TO THE BASE WAS MISSING ALONG WITH THE SCREWS

SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST BETWEEN GAME BRANCH IN CRESTA, TO SAMSUNG BRANCH IN CRESTA, TO THE SAMSUNG HEADOFFICE/WEBSITE.

THE CEO OF SAMSUNG SA GOT A LACKEY TO REFFER ME BACK AGAIN TO GAME TO FOLLOW THEIR COMPLAINT PROCESS, WHICH I HAVE DONE, AND AM AWAITING FEEDBACK ON

I WANT THE BRACKET WITH ALL THE SCREWS OR A REPLACEMENT TV, OR A FULL REFUND FOR A YEAR FILLED WITH DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM GAME AND SAMSUNG BOTH.
