We must pay for his mistake and misjudgement!

We called this guy Fazil, 0722890111, to fix our washing machine, he brings the stuff and fixes it, the nextday we try to use the machine it leaks again. My mum called Fazil and he admits to putting the wrong side belt, he says he will put the right size but we need to pay an additional R250. We told him its not our fault but his, but we said ok we will pay him, we have been trying to contact him for the pay 2 weeks finally we get a hold of him, he says he will come on Wednesday but he does not show up. I smsed him this morning, he says he is too busy and we shold find someone else to fix it. He has a partner who works for Hirsch and he buys his parts from them, but he also has access to they quotates etc, as I also seeked a quotate from Hirsch, and he charged me R250 less than Hirsc but with the additional money he asjed for its the same thing. Both Fazil and his partner who works at Hirch need to srop conning people!!!
