Unacceptable Service - Moving Premises
My washing machine went in for repairs on the 20 March 2013 at Hirsch Repair Cnt in Durban and it is still not fixed - because they are unable to get a hold of parts dept of Samsung to order the required part for my washing machine - I was told that they have been moving premises
I have been dealing with Neermal from Hirsch Service Cnt 031 582 4800 who keeps on telling me the same thing when I call in
I have already paid for the parts and 2 weeks later we still get stories from Nermal at Hirsh repair centre that he can't get a hold of Samsung spares division because they have been moving premises for over a week now
Shouldn't Samsung have a proper process in place when moving premises!
After complaining last week and Nermal loaned me a washing machine, even with that - he wasn't even compensating to deliver it, wanted me to pay or get my own delivery guy - but with more complaining he delivered it.
I have been very patient thus far! can someone please sort this out
