Appalling Lack of Managerial Skills

I went to Pick 'n pay yday to purchase skip which was on special. I took how many I desired as there was no limits advertised in paper or in store. Cashier that served me went to speak to Fazil (Manager) who was utterly rude and arrogant!!! We requested to see the Store Manager and Fazil just ignored this and continued chatting to some lady (whom he first said was a customer and then later said she was a supplier). He was called 3 times before finally coming to us. He didn't bother greeting us all he said was "I called my boss Carol and she said we can't take that many and that they are not wholesalers. He can only allow us to take 3 packs. I was with my mum and we are from two different houses and we both are buying and he point blank refused to let us take more than 3. This is unacceptable and nowhere did it say its limited! I told him I am going to take this further to which he said "do what you want" Is this the people you have representing Pick 'n Pay? Do they know customers should be treated with respect? This was not my fault and its false advertising and there are no limits stated anywhere! I want this sorted by someone competent immediately!!!
