I bought the new Iphone 5 in Midrand and when i bought the phone I bought the Icare. I left the store and went home and tried to activate the Icare. I got an error message. The following day I went into the Istore in Sandton. When I arrived I told them what happened. They took the Icare package from me and took down my details and told me, that within a day or two the Icare for my phone would be activated and an email would be sent to me to notify me of the activation. This was over two weeks ago and I have had no response and I have tried several times to get hold of the Istore, I have been unsuccessful.
