Unexpected service

I purchased a washing machine online from Hirsch's.

I called the head office to find out the status of my order, they told me that the Western Cape does not have stock but they have stock in their warehouse in Durban. They said they would deliver to my door in Cape Town at no extra charge! (a service that would have cost me R250).

So unexpected! I am a satisfied customer. Under-promise and over-deliver always works!
