I have recent bought a new house that came fitted with a product from E.T. Systems. For security reasons I wanted to have a change made to the setup of the product and asked for assistance on the company web site. Within minutes I received a call from Randall Spruit offering assistance on the issue. Unfortunately I did not have all the relevant details with me, so Randall sent me his after hours contact number and I gave him a call after office hours. His instructions where concise and clear, he never missed a beat and the modification to the system was made in minutes.
I have never had such exceptional service from a company and I didnt even buy their product. Well done E.T. Systems and many a thanks to Randall Spruit.
