I would like to inform you of the great service / assistance I received from Anne-Marie yesterday. After numerous struggles to get a previous sales consultant to send me a quotation, Anne Marie arrived at my house yesterday afternoon like a breath of fresh air, actually wanting to be there, wanting to help me, and wanting to ensure I get the correct product for my needs.
She never beat around the bush; she showed me the pros and cons of each system / product and made useful suggestions as to what I would need in my situation. She never once tried to sell me the most expensive product just to push up her sales - she genuinely wanted to sell the right product to me.
She wrote out a quotation for me there and then, I didn't have to wait for her to e-mail me the quotation (as I have with previous consultants who came to my house on 05 January and still haven't sent me a quotation)
Chatting to Anne-Marie was like chatting to an old friend, it felt like we have known each other for years. This is the service I expect from a company who wants my business. Thank you very much.
