I rent a home with a DC Blue Garage door. The system was beeping and flashing and motor would not run. After looking for Technical support on the Web I came across ET Systems. I filled in the online Query Form and thought that perhaps I would get a call in a day or two, with the state of SA's customer service levels! No! Within a minute I got a call from Randall. He explained what he thought the problem could be and how to fix it and that I should give him a call when I got home and he would help. Got home too late to phone, but tried the advise he gave. It didnt work. Next day I emailed him on the email that he gave me. Within a few minutes I got a reply and he supplied me his Cellphone number and said that I could call him when I got home at anytime. Phoned him around 20h00 that night and he went through everything step-by-step. Friendly and Patient, even with my limited Technical and Mechanical expertise he helped me to reprogram the remotes, he even explained a few more function on the unit and cracked a few jokes. He stayed on the phone till the system was working perfectly!
