ATM - CLONING OF CARD & WITHDRAWAL OF R 2500

On 27 April 2013 at 08h30 and 08h31 we were VICTIMS of ATM CARD CLONING . After struggling to get through to a call centre agent for almost 40 minutes we've eventually managed to block the card and report the incident. An amount of R 2500 was withdrawed from our account at THE BERG SHOPPING CENTRE in ROODEPOORT and we are in PRETORIA. We've reported the incident to Nedbank Centurion the next morning and requested a new card. A guy with the name Randall Loftus phoned me and gave me feedback on the matter and also supplied me with a telephone number for him, a Pamela person as well as a Robin person. However if you phone Randall Loftus the number does not exist and for the other numbers it is only ringing for hours. We received so many ref nr's and don't know what is what in the case. It will take 6-8 weeks apparantly to get your money back that was taken out of your account while you have the card in your posession. Unacceptable, you have to make a plan to get through the month with R 2500 less on your account. Please we need feedback and need to know when we can expect our money back as this money have to pay for things we could not pay last month due to the incident.
