Samsung not offering Infinite Possibilities

Went to Samsung Cresta opening and purchased four items Series7 TV, fridge, 3D Blueray home theatre system and an eco bubble washing machine. I only wanted delivery on the 01st June 2013. I therefore paid for everything a month in advance to ensure that the stock would be put aside for me, this was agreed to by Samsung.

On the morning of 30th May I received a call from Sibongile regarding my delivery, I advised her that I would like the items to rather be delivered on Monday 3rd June, at this stage she indicated that there is a problem, but I needed to phone her manager as she wasn't aware of the problem.i told Sibongile that she must get the manager to phone me. This call was not forthcoming.

On the 1st June at 08:34 I sent Sibongile an SMS Requesting herto get the manager to phone me or I will escalate the matter. I received the long awaited call at 08:51. I was advised that the Series7 TV has been discontinued and there is no stock available, however they would offer me their demo model at cost or the 2013 version (also at cost) however it was -R1500 more. Today I find out that the new TV will cost me R3000 more.
