First my toploader Samsung washing machine gives serious problems reported it to Samsung and continued reporting the problem and nothing, no answer no reply, don't give a dam attitude. then I buy a Samsung Galaxy 3 and it is brand new 12 hours to charge take it in to service centre in Boksburg, they phone me and say its fixed and now it only takes 8 hours to charge. brand new phone but Samsung is above the new consumer law. Blackberry the worlds biggest cellphone company went bang because of bas service SAMSUNG CATCH A WAKE UP WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN
