I purchased a brand new Samsung double door twin cooling fridge (Model: RSH1DTPE1) from Game. Within the first 2 years the fan unit in the fridge failed. This was replaced under the Samsung warranty. Within the next 2 years, the same fan failed again. This was then replaced under the Game extended warranty. Now about 18 months later, the same fan has failed again and I have no warranty to cover this. I paid over R12000 for this fridge and the same problem happens every 18 months which I find unacceptable!!! Samsung needs to come to the party and repair the fridge at their cost and fix this problem once and for all!!!
