No Refund

Still waiting for my refund, 6 months down the line. Simon Swanitch is the person i have been dealing. In march he said they have received my refund and i need to fill in a form. I have done so and now he pretends not to have received the refund from amazon. I have done some research and see this is a common theme for Have2Have, so watch out
