I booked my 2 year old 32" Samsung Series 6 TV in at MM All Electronics, the Official Samsung repair center on the 15 March 2013.
I already knew the problem as I had just brought the TV (Main Board blown) from Computer Repair Technologies in Sandton, who diagnosed and could not fix the problem, and also took almost a month to get back to me and tell me that they could not source the part as it has been discontinued.
MMA Electronics offered a replacement TV at a cost. It took almost a month to get the right quote from Samsung. Eventually I got the right quote and paid for the replacement TV. I am still awaiting delivery of my TV to MM All Electronics.
I have paid and demand to know when delivery of my TV will take place. Samsung are keeping me in the dark and the whole replacementrepair story has taken now 1 month and 17 days with no sign of resolution.
MM All Electronics Manager has emailed Samsung 5 times today with no reply, which has been the manager's typical response when asked since this saga has begun.
