I bought a Sinotec television from Makro a while ago. It started giving us problems and we were told to speak to CN Tronics about this as it was still under warranty.
We called twice and finally we got a response to say they will collect the TV. A week passed and no one collected the TV. I called and spoke to Bradley who apologised for messing us around and sent someone out the same day. A week passed again and no feedback regarding my TV. I called Bradley who said if I didn't have the TV by Tuesday 28 May he would ensure we receive a refund.
It's now 3 pm and I've not received my TV. I've tried calling CN Tronics, but everyone is always on a tea break.
The receptionist agreed that she knows nothing and cannot help me.
It's been nearly 4 weeks and still no TV.
Lesson learnt: Don't by Sinotec and don't deal with CN Tronics.
