I have a Sinotec 42inc Plasma which is under a 5 year warranty. I have contacted them to advise that there a red pixalated dots appearing on the TV and they advised that they will collect at home on the 14th November 2013 by their courier company. Television boxed protected etc... only to learn that the TV arrived with a damaged screen on the 20th November. After their assessment I was told that it looked like there was a heavy object that could have damanged in transit to Johannesburg from Cape Town. Very annoyed I spoke to Ansie Vlok who is the Assistant Manager. She advises me that they have to investigate what happend and implying that we sent them a damaged screen. Why on earth would i send a television damaged TV. Not a very happy customer at this point. I have been sitting without a television fo a whole week to learn that our television arrived damaged! So what happens now... I have a damanged Tv how does this gets resolved???
