Still awaiting response on repair after 3 months

I bought a Sinotec 9" Twin Screen Portable DVD Player from Macro Suilverlakes on 19/03/2013. Since September 2013 my car started blowing fuses. After we replaced the 3 fuse the autoelectrician informed me (after tests) that the car charger for the DVD Player is the source of my trouble. I booked in the car charger at Makro on 05/11/2013 after a personal telecoms at the Macro store with ANSIE at Sinotec on 05/11/2013 at 09h10. Yesterday 27/01/2014 I contacted Makro to enquire about my repair, spoke to LIHLE at 12h15, she informed me that she will contact Sinotec and reply to me within 10 minutes. NO responce... Today at 11h52 I contacted Makro again... LIHLE rely a message trough EMILY that se is still trying to find out from Sinotec what the status is on the charger... It is again more than 2 hours later and I had NO COMMUNICATION... I can't help but to wonder..."DO YOU STILL HAVE MY CHARGER>>>>AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS"??? Or has it gone into the trashbin.
